Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Music Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will inspire students through engaging music lessons, fostering a love for music while developing their skills in performance, theory, and appreciation. This role requires creativity, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging music lessons that cater to different age groups and skill levels. Teach music theory, instrumental techniques, and vocal skills. Prepare students for performances, assessments, and examinations. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation. Assess and evaluate student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback. Organise school concerts, recitals, and other musical events to showcase student talent. Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into the broader curriculum. Stay updated with the latest trends in music education and incorporate them into lessons.

Qualifications

A degree in Music Education or a related field is preferred. Proven experience teaching music in a classroom setting or private lessons is advantageous. Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments or strong vocal skills. Strong knowledge of music theory and composition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively. Ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and backgrounds. Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching methods.
