German speaking Inside Sales Representative (ISR)

to join the team.


In this role you'll work with a wide variety of customers and prospects across DACH. The primary focus is to manage a set book of customer accounts and look for retention and expansion opportunities in these accounts. You will field questions from customers by phone and email, and source and close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. You will create accurate product and price quotes for customers and maintain our CRM as required. The ISR will need to understand customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demos to prospects. When properly executed, efforts will result in revenue growth, logo retention and customer satisfaction for the DACH region. Note:

Applicants for this role should be based in either London or Munich, where you will be required to be in the office approx 2 days a week.

What You'll Do

Fielding questions from customers by phone and email Source and close new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Create accurate product and price quotes for customers. Maintain our CRM (Salesforce) as required. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Perform effective online demos to prospects.

What We'd Like to See in You

You have a natural talent for building long term relationships and mutual partnerships with customers to match them with valuable solutions. You are a fantastic communicator who enjoys leading and facilitating conversations, especially at the business-level. You naturally ask questions in order to understand and uncover what's most important. You're able to balance the big picture with shorter-term goals and you thrive in environments where you're able to bridge gaps and recommend solutions. You believe that negotiation isn't a power play, but rather an opportunity for organizations to be able to work together to create, communicate, and increase mutual value.

Native level German language skills

2+ years in a sales role - SaaS experience preferred.

Strong communication, written and verbal. Strong problem-solving skills and comfortable with change. Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM solutions. Knowledge and experience in the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) field is a BIG plus, but we will consider software sales experience from other industries. Ability to partner and develop professional working relationships and initiatives with other Bluebeam internal business partners.
Ability and willingness to travel to see customers and attend tradeshows/events
