We are excited to be recruiting for a leading provider of IT services based in Hemel Hempstead! If you are looking to shape your career within a sales environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Ideally, we are looking for someone with sales experience, this could be within sales, account management, telemarketing or even a customer service role that involves upselling.

This is a Monday to Friday role, hours being 9am to 5:30pm with an early finish of 5pm on Fridays! The salary for this role is paying up to \xc2\xa325K + commission, dependant on the candidate\xe2\x80\x99s experience. Please note driving will be essential for this position as there will be off-site visits required.

Duties will include:

• Learn about company products and services and develop an understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s industry.
• Make outbound sales calls to identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Attend business meetings and understand the sales process through shadowing the senior team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support to customers as needed.
• Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development to build sales skills and knowledge.

Candidate requirements:

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of IT and telecommunications products and services would be desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
