Charterhouse Recruitment are proud to be working with a local business who are going through a massive period of growth. The Inside Sales Consultant will be providing first-class advice to customers on an interested and diverse portfolio of products and services.

Our client is a leading agriculture business who have an exceptional reputation in their field across the UK and Northern Ireland.

WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW:

• Basic salary is up to \xc2\xa324k with a fantastic commission structure
• Hybrid working after probation / training period
• Monday to Friday working hours of 8:30am to 5pm

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION:

• Previous experience within an office-based Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management role is essential.
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• The ability to work to targets.
• Due to the office location, you must be able to drive and have access to your own transport.

A SNAPSHOT OF THE INSIDE SALES CONSULTANT\'S DAY:

• Working with the Sales Manager you will be contacting customers from a daily call schedule.
• Building relationships with your customers and giving them advice on the products and services offered.
• Manage and build the customer database working to targets.
• Ensuring that every communication with your customers is of top quality.
• Always staying up to date with industry training, knowledge, and compliance
