Your Role

You will contribute significantly by assisting the New Product Development (NPD) and Technical teams in transforming innovative concepts into reality while ensuring product quality is upheld.
Project Support & Coordination
Coordinate plant trial requests, manage sample logistics, and maintain clear documentation.
Keep project teams aligned and up to date.
Product Development Involvement
Source and collect competitor or benchmarking samples.
Measure key product attributes and support product tastings and benchmarking sessions.
Quality & Documentation
Prepare and print final product photo guides to support launches.
Support the creation of QAS documents and maintain quality trackers and raw material records.
Administrative Excellence
Confidently use Microsoft Office to manage data, timelines and communications.
? What You'll Need to Succeed
---------------------------------
Admin and organisational skills with solid Microsoft Office knowledge
A collaborative mindset and willingness to get hands-on with products
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
A full UK driving licence (useful for sample collection and bakery visits)
Prior experience in a food or technical environment is a plus - but not essential. If you're passionate about learning, we'll support your growth.
