Legal Advisor
working within one of CRIF Group UK companies to provide legal advice and support to the CRIF UK & Ireland based companies (the \xe2\x80\x9cCompanies\xe2\x80\x9d).
Your tasks:
- Provide a wide range of legal advice and counsel on commercial law, IT and regulatory
- Provide legal advice on complex contract related matters, draft, review and negotiate various commercial/IT contracts with customers, suppliers and third parties in general.
- Provide legal advice on corporate law and legal affairs matters.
- Work with other departments across the globe and with HQ legal department to ensure contracts and advice accurately reflects business needs and group policies
- English law qualified solicitor. If possible, knowledge and understanding of Irish law;
- 5 + years PQE as a legal counsel in an international law firm or in a legal department of a multinational company. Previous experience on IT/software industry would be a plus.
- Very good knowledge of data protection,IT law,general contract law and corporate law.
- Ability to work in an international environment and in multi-disciplinary teams;
- Excellent communication, drafting and negotiating skills, and ability to work independently;
- Flexibility to engage in domestic and international (mainly across Europe) travel.
- Fluent in spoken/written English
