Clients include major corporates, financial institutions, financial sponsors, governments and sovereigns around the world. Your key responsibilities

• Supporting wider teams in the I&U coverage effort of key European accounts
• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling
• In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers
• Helping to develop and mentor staff in the team

Your skills and experience

• Relevant I&U Corporate Finance experience most importantly in advisory but with knowledge of capital market products
• Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in Mergers & Acquisition
• Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem solving abilities with high levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive
• Excellent communication and organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions
• Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in teams
