Infrastructure Project Manager (Inside IR35)

Contract Duration: 18 months

Location: Aldermaston, Reading.

IR35 Status: In Scope

There is flexibility to work from home for three days a week; there will be times when your presence is required on-site for essential meetings and tasks.

What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Project Delivery: Ensure that projects are executed in line with the set requirements, keeping in mind operational constraints, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and nurture a local team, ensuring that both team and individual objectives are met in a safe and secure manner.
• Uphold Standards: Embrace and promote the highest standards in environment, safety, health, security, and quality. We value team spirit and expect you to be an integral part of it.

• Project Governance: Oversee projects with a keen eye on compliance and reporting.
• Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage project resources, both human and financial.
• Planning: Spearhead the planning phase of tasks and projects.
• Work Management: Oversee tasks as outlined in the Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
• Performance Oversight: Champion, support, and drive changes against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
• Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and take appropriate actions.

• An experienced Project Manager who can seamlessly integrate multiple work streams.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven skills in risk management.
• Familiarity with LFE and adept knowledge management.
• Prior experience in driving change initiatives.
• Both public and private sector experience are welcome.
• Relevant PM qualifications.

• You must be a Sole UK National.
• Active DV clearance is required for the post.
