BACKGROUND TO THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative, talented, and passionate Influencer Marketing/PR Manager to manage a selection of luxury fragrance brands within the Coty Luxury division. The role will report into the Influencer Marketing and Communications Lead in implementing influencer marketing and PR strategies for luxury fragrance brands, some of which include BOSS, Calvin Klein and Marc Jacobs with a strong focus on digital and social communications to drive brand awareness and visibility. This role will also help support local implementation of strategies and to harness the power of traditional and digital media to facilitate and inspire connections and engagement between the Coty Luxury brands and their target audiences

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Influencer Marketing Lead with driving the UK IM vision and agenda for the key Coty Luxury brands
  • Building and maintaining excellent influencer and media relations across print, online, social while identifying gaps: Beauty Editor/ Director level, freelancers, mid-/top tier influencers and agents
  • Supporting the Influencer Marketing Lead in executing influencer partnerships from beginning to end in line with strict brand guidelines.
  • Managing IM budget for the relevant brands ensuring all press launches and initiatives have effective cost control and deliver high ROI
  • Manage and lead effective local event management, creating unforgettable brand activations and support IM lead in implementing immersive experiences with content control at the heart
  • Strong strategic thinking in influencer mapping and identification to work on brand activations, to attend local/international IM events and to bring the brands high value ROI-Driving awareness of the Luxury brands to generate maximum coverage on relevant media channels.
  • Creative and proactive thinking to push our brands visibility.
  • Track and monitor the Luxury brands performance and share regular reports across the teams using the external tracking platforms.
  • Manage & mentor Influencer Marketing assistant to ensure smooth running of press office - with tasks including setting up Influencer vendors and raising PO\'s accordingly and oversee assistant in invoice process for the team, manage work-load of IM assistant alongside Assistant Influencer Marketing Manager
  • Managing the implementation of new launches and always on seeding by ensuring press materials and stock are available in line with the launch calendar.
  • Oversee the managing of our third-party suppliers to ensure mailings are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the digital/e-comm /local brand teams to ensure the IM strategy aligns with the digital agenda/vision in terms of launch calendar and retailer support.
EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
  • PR experience (agency / in-house) with a proven background in Luxury / Beauty PR and IM is essential
  • The ability to work across multiple brands in a fast-paced environment
  • Forge strong working relationships with Global IM teams, following set practices and processes for approval of UK participation with both local and global activations
  • Strong insights analytical skills with experience in using IM analytical platforms
  • Efficient and proactive reporting skills with global and internal teams
  • Maintain a strong understanding of competitor activity and activity within the competitive beauty landscape-In-depth knowledge, understanding and a passion for social media and trends in the social media space
  • Experience in devising and implementing strategic plans
  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills

  • Effectively manage and take ownership of IM budget, ensuring all launches and initiatives deliver high ROI, also overseeing invoice process
