Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner as part of a humble and super-collaborative team, you will partner with UM, a media agency who strives to consistently deliver award winning work supported by their continuous improvement culture, made up of approximately 170 people based in our London office.
Working closely with the Senior HR Advisor, you will support and advise people managers, as well as provide solutions and improvements to employee relations, cycles and experiences. You\'ll be a champion for diversity and inclusion, ensuring that everything we do is in keeping with our values and is equitable and fair. Along with the business-as-usual responsibilities, you will be involved in exciting projects covering onboarding, learning & development, recognition, DE&I, talent attraction & retention, and wellbeing.
