As an Influencer Account Manager, you will take on a consultative role for key clients, leading the implementation of influencer marketing strategies and managing daily activities under the guidance of the senior team. You will demonstrate strong management skills and foster excellent client and team relationships and set a positive example for junior colleagues.
What you'll do:
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and passionate Influencer Account Manager to play a key role within the team, focusing specifically on developing and executing impactful influencer marketing strategies for some of our biggest clients. The role will require you to:
Be an Influencer Marketing Expert
: Possess a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, trends, and best practices, enabling you to develop and execute strategic influencer marketing campaigns that align with client objectives.
Drive Client Relationships & Service
: Own mid-level client relationships, ensuring proactive communication, adding value, and exceeding expectations through best-in-class client service focused on influencer marketing strategies and execution.
Lead Influencer Management & Relations
: Identify, vet, and manage talent and influencers, including contracting, negotiating fees, and ensuring compliance. Lead influencer relations, creating robust strategies and staying ahead of industry news.
Deliver Creative & Strategic Solutions
: Contribute creative ideas, strategic insights, and data-driven recommendations to develop compelling content and campaigns. Play a key role in creative execution, ensuring high-quality influencer-generated content.
Manage Projects & Contribute to Business Growth
: Deliver campaigns on time and within budget, manage influencer budgets and ROI, and actively contribute to new business development through lead generation and proposal support.

Burson employs over 450 people in the UK, and our stunning Southwark offices run over two floors as part of the larger WPP Campus, Rose Court. We have access to a beautiful roof terrace with panoramic views across London and a bar/restaurant area, which is a great spot for client meetings and socialising with the wider agency and other WPP OpCo's.
