Scope of the Role

As Industrial Designer, you'll take ownership from concept through to manufacture, designing high-quality consumer products, not digital platforms.

Generate and develop ideas across tech, lighting, and physical accessories Produce sketches, CAD models, visuals, and prototypes for review and iteration Conduct product research, user testing, and CMF selection to refine designs Collaborate with UK and China teams to ensure manufacturability at scale Help build a thriving physical product design culture, challenging how innovation happens

Key Skills and Experience Required

Degree-qualified in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline Proven experience delivering physical consumer products to mass production Strong sketching, ideation, CAD (NX preferred) and visualisation (KeyShot, Adobe CC) Deep knowledge of DFM principles: injection moulding, CMF, and assembly for hardware Comfortable working full-time on site in Harlow, Essex, with UK travel as needed
