A highly successful international property consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit an Industrial Agency Surveyor ideally at Associate or Partner level within their Bristol office.

Working as part of a national industrial and logistics team with big presence in London and Birmingham, therefore you will be fully supported by a great network of people and existing client relationships. The team are well respected in the industry, so you have a chance to work with some of the best people in the field.

The company is a global leader, being in the top 5 property consultancies globally with significant opportunities to progress and develop whether moving internally to another team, London office, or move abroad with the same employer.

The region is led by 10 partners and wider team of c. 40 chartered surveyor and town planners meaning there is lots of social activity happening including summer parties with last year a BBQ hosted at one of the partner\'s houses!

Working with some of the best clients in the market who are continuing to invest in logistics and industrial property, meaning a busy pipeline of work for 2023/4 and beyond.

Candidate:

Must be MRICS with proven industrial and logistics agency experience. The hiring manager is a happy to consider candidates from Associate to Partner level. The individuals character and drive for success is most important.
