Inhouse - Indirect Tax Manager
This is a role for Established Managers, Assistant Managers and for those looking to make their first move in house.
You\'ll be joining a Mid-Cap business with a huge global presence, this presents the opportunity to collaborate with the world-wide tax team.
This is a growing team, with a lot of room to progress.
Your role will include:
- VAT, Customs and Sales tax
- UK and EU Tax compliance (Prep, review and co-ordination)
- Assisting with the transition to and management of new tax technologies (SAP)
- Managing relationships with internal and external tax advisors
- Working collaboratively with the wider team
- Providing tax advice to internal stakeholders from a variety of teams
- Project management of: restructure/advisory projects, tax audits and expansion/M&A projects
- Communicating legislative and regulatory changes to the wider business
- Prior in-house experience, or experience gained in a Top 10 accounting practice
- Excel skills (Pivot tables and Macros)
- SAP knowledge is highly advantageous
- Experience in project Management
