Job Description

At Amplius, we're excited to offer a new part-time, fixed-term opportunity for an Independent Living Assistant (internally known as a Life24 & Visiting Assistant). You'll work closely with the Life24 Team providing vital administrative support to ensure our customers receive outstanding care and service every day.

: 1 day minimum in MK or Rushden office

Snapshot of your role



Provide high-quality admin support to the Life24 Visiting team, helping deliver a reliable and customer-focused service. Respond to customer and colleague enquiries professionally and promptly. Assist with complaints coordination, ensuring timely and helpful responses. Raise orders, process payments, and manage data using internal IT systems. Support scheduling by updating visiting software with staff cover and rota changes. Log and allocate low battery alerts and equipment faults for staff to action. Extract and report on KPI and audit data to support service performance. Maintain up-to-date insurance and concessionary TV licence records for schemes. Set up and close customer tenancies in the appropriate systems. Work collaboratively across teams, providing flexible support when needed.

Your toolkit for success



Experience in a customer-facing role with a caring and empathetic approach. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams). Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and stay organised. Comfortable learning and using service-specific systems. Proactive, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the initiative to work independently.
