Job Description


Income Administrator required for a prestigious legal firm to work within the banking team administering the daily payments received. This is an important role and as such requires a discreet person with excellent to detail.

Key tasks:-

  • Monitor all daily payments received into the bank
  • Reconcile the incoming payments with those going out
  • Ensure unallocated payments are monitored, reconciled and either paid or returned
Experience:-
  • Must have experience within a busy daily income/fees/banking environment ideally within a legal setting
  • Professional and smart
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
