The post holder will lead on the coaching, sport & wellbeing work within the School Inclusions Team, They will work with vulnerable, at risk, complex and in need pupils, steering them away from crime and supporting them with making better choices. They will contribute to the development of pupil support plans, specifically in relation to pupils with risky behaviours and those presenting with SEND or medical needs in schools and AP provisions. They will monitor, track and support pupils with engaging with their education.

Their work will extend to further developing support programmes for vulnerable pupils and for those at risk of suspensions or permanent exclusion. They will need to be confidently in using Microsoft Office and other internal systems to build on the working processes between schools, alternative provisions and Havering services.
