The Role:



As an Inbound Sales agent you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from new and existing customers to retain and/or sell products and services. You'll engage conversations, you'll seek to understand what they need and explain how we can help. It's all about connecting with your customer. You'll chat. You'll ask questions. You'll listen. And then you'll explain exactly what products and services are right for them. Yes, there will be targets but you'll have a great team there to support you.

Supporting existing customers who are moving home to, where possible, retain them and appropriately identify and promote sales opportunities. Promote and cross sell a wide variety of products and services to new and existing customers to increase customer retention. Provide accurate information on products and services to ensure consistency across the organisation.

What we're looking for...



Personality is key. You need to be the sort of person who can talk to anyone and simplify complex information. You don't need to be an energy expert, but you will need to be a fast learner, with lots of enthusiasm. You'll need to have the confidence and drive to hit your targets.

Communication

- Do you possess a professional telephone manner with proven experience in a telesales role?

Productivity

- Are you results driven with the ability to work towards KPI's set on production, quality and customer service skills.

Accuracy

- Must have the ability to record information in an accurate way and ensure that all processes and procedures are adhered to in a methodical and compliant way. Deliver outstanding performance by consistently working to exceed your targets. Ability to adapt style of communication to different customer types. Demonstrate positivity and enthusiasm about new and/or challenging tasks Ability to adapt style of communication to different customer types. Maintain awareness of company products and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
