Implementation Coordinator & Administrator / Hybrid working

Location: This position will be Hybrid and allow you to work three days at home and two days in the offices

Hours of work: Core working hours Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week

Salary \xc2\xa323000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa325000 although expected start salary of 23-24K with room to increase ,plus an opportunity to earn an additional bonus of up to 10%

Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established business that is based in Portsmouth. Due to changes within the business, our client is now looking to recruit a Customer Implementations Coordinator & Administrator to join the business

As a Customer Implementations Coordinator and Administrator you will be responsible for assisting clients with the implementation of their products and services from point of contact through to delivery and anything in between.

This is a customer focused administrative support role

As a Customer Implementations Coordinator & Administrator you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Responsible for taking calls and updating clients regarding their enquiries
  • Managing a busy department email inbox on a rata basis - allocating work and tasks to be completed
  • Responding to emailed enquiries from new and existing customers
  • Responding to customers enquiries with professionalism
  • Working through a variety of tasks which need to prioritised - completing requests
  • Data entry
  • Processing customers requests using the internal system
  • Implementing changes - managing the implementation of products and services
  • Instructing third parties both internally and externally where they are required to assist with each enquiry
  • Project coordination of the requirements, overseeing and following up with third parties to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Liaising with the customer to keep them updated and to manage expectations and inform of any issues/delays should they arise
  • Completing all round administration
  • Ensuring that data is accurate. updated and legal documentation is attached to records
The ideal Implementations Coordinator / Project Coordinator will have /be
  • Able to manage and prioritise time and workloads
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Will be methodical
  • Will have good administration skills and experience

  • Able to manage multiple enquiries/projects at any one time
  • Able to multitask
  • Worked in a position where you have managed multiple tasks and assisted customers from enquiry through to completion
