This role is responsible for being the first point of contact for Treasury clients submitting implementation of treasury, cash management, merchant and/or depository product requests through email channels. These individuals are responsible for handling end to end processing for mixed complexity implementations and ensuring engagement of Clients along with internal business partners (e.g. Sales & Relationship Mangers, Product Managers, Compliance and Operations) as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
You will Implement Treasury products and solutions for clients
You will monitor progress of implementation and/or end-to-end resolution as applicable
You will respond to implementation requests received by email and questions from internal partners or clients
You will conduct research using various bank systems to enable response to client questions and inquiries

You will have excellent Customer Service Skills
You will have excellent oral and written communication
You will be effective at building relationships
You will be proficient in MS Office
Be able to work in a face paced high volume environment
Be very organised and efficient
