Salary: Up to a maximum \xc2\xa336,040 FTE (50% for this post)

Hours: Part Time - 50%

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract of 12 months

We have an opportunity to join our growing team, as an IMPACT Facilitator. As IMPACT moves into its delivery phase, this role has been created to work on one of our 2023/24 projects, across the UK. This part time role will play a pivotal part in helping to demonstrate how evidence can be used to improve adult social care services and lives.

This posts will be recruited by one of IMPACT\'s five university partners but is located in a host organisation (a local service or social care organisation) across the four nations. Post holders will work with these organisations, as detailed below, and with our delivery leads as well as IMPACT\'s broader team of operational and strategic colleagues, and Leadership Team.

The vacancy location and topic is:

County Armagh - working in the Southern Trust region of Northern Ireland, and based in Gilford, County Armagh, the Facilitator will work with social care and health partners, people who draw on care and support and families to explore and propose preventative approaches to supporting older people in their own homes and communities.

The position is offered at 0.5/50% FTE for 12 months.

Interviews will be held between the 29th August and 8th September. Shortlisted candidates invited to online interview will be asked to prepare a short presentation focusing on the role and project they are applying to.
