Overview
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic B2B Telesales Execs to join our New Business Team at our Head office in Northenden, Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. If you are driven by results and enjoy engaging with people, we want to hear from you!
Duties
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our in-house sales database.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management team.
Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and strategies.
Provide feedback on customer responses to help refine marketing approaches.
Skills
Proficient in English is a must
Previous experience in B2B Telesales is required
Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.
