About you

We wish to appoint an energetic, resourceful and flexible individual to work within the ICT department:

• To deliver high quality support and to review, record and evaluate support requests and actions taken
• To maintain and develop the school\xe2\x80\x99s ICT resource for safe, effective use by students and staff with a focus on increasing usage of ICT systems to support learning
• To support and advise students and staff in the appropriate use of ICT
• To apply safe practices and maintain security on all hardware, the network, and data held and accessed, in compliance with the school\xe2\x80\x99s network and internet security policies
• To assist in the management of the school\xe2\x80\x99s ICT support services, implement procedures and provide a high standard of technical support
• To maintain and assist with the development of ICT equipment, hardware and software
