About the Role:
Manage the team of Placements Administrators and the work placement provision across College and the University to maintain robust work placement compliance and engagement processes. Working with ICE & academic colleagues to ensure staff & students are adequately briefed, standards met, and workload managed in complying with these processes.
About You:
You will have line management skills whilst working in a busy office environment. Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to delegate and work with the team under pressure. You will be comfortable taking the initiative in making decisions that solve issues or mitigate risk to the placements process. You should have experience with reporting, communicating to those in authority and taking direction whilst working to tight deadlines. IOSHH training or experience with risk management is an advantage.
