Job Description
WaffleKing specialises in ice cream and gelato, freshly made waffles, crepes, milkshakes, coffees, and teas eat in or takeaway.
WaffleKing is looking for an Ice Cream Server responsible for assisting and serving customers with great customer and upselling skills.
Past experience absolutely necessary in a fast-moving food environment / Ice Cream Parlour / Coffee Shop / Dessert Shop / Takeaway.
SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CUSTOMER SERVER;
Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers as best as you can Serve customers Always offering customers additional products, add ons and upselling Daily cleaning of the WaffleKing parlour to a high standard

Pay: 8.55-12.21 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
Llandudno: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
Customer Server: 2 years (required) Hospitality or Similar: 2 years (preferred) Ice Cream Parlour / Desert Shop: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
