Llandudno WaffleKing offers a range of luxury desserts; we specialise in ice cream and gelato, freshly made waffles, crepes, milkshakes, coffees, teas and more so as a member of the team you would be responsible for exceptional customer service.

WaffleKing is now looking for that happy dynamic someone to join the team as a customer server with significant experience in a fast-moving food environment / Ice Cream Parlour / Coffee Shop / Dessert Shop / Takeaway who has great customer and upselling skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting and serving customers at WaffleKing, upselling as well as a strong understanding of the Ice Cream Parlour / Coffee Shop / Dessert Shop industry.

Previous experience is absolutely necessary, half or full shifts, full or part time, age no barrier.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (THIS LIST IS NOT EXHAUSTIVE) AS A CUSTOMER SERVER;

Acknowledge, welcome and assist customers as best as you can Serve customers Competently complete orders to meet customer requirements. Always offering additional products, add ons and upselling Product knowledge (Training on and off site); ability to explain specific product details (Flavours, Glutten Free, Alergens, Flavours, Product Content etc) Recommend the loyalty program to customers Collaborate and work as part of the team To be able to clean ice cream, waffle, crepe, coffee and all other machines etc (training will be provide) Maintain a clean and hygienic working area environment Daily cleaning of the WaffleKing parlour to a high standard
