To strengthen our team in Netherlands we are currently looking for a Project Manager.

As Project Manager you plan, control and execute a project or set of related projects to meet identified business needs and deliver business value, through acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. 

Key Skills & Requirements:
->A 4-year degree in IT or a related field
->Typical Experience:  20+ years in IT with 8+ years of experience in establishing and delivering progressively larger and more complex projects
->Agile project experience.
->Agile certifications/trainings preferred
->Good understanding and experience of the various Agile frameworks
->Experience planning and leading of Agile projects and educating stakeholders and others involved while managing a project
->Very strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching senior stakeholders, managing governance bodies, and creating executive-level communications
->Professional certifications related to project or programme management (e.g. PMP or MSP).
->Experience in Agile tooling (ex -VSTS) is a must.
->Exhibiting servant leadership behavior, empowerment and increasing transparency that enables self-organization of teams
->Demonstrated learning agility in ambiguous and unfamiliar situations
