Job role: ESB Middleware Project Manager
Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Certification: PMP certification is desirable
Skills:
ESB Middleware Experience
:
At least 5 years of experience in a Project manager role
Proficient and experienced in creating project plans, managing financials, controlling change, assessing risks and issues, creating mitigation plans, using project management tools and effectively communicating to upper management.
Ensures methodologies, delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed
Drives risk and issue management and resolution
Manages project schedule, scope, and budget
Comfortably facilitates and handles project communication with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management
Promptly escalate to management any key project risks and issues
Displays deep understanding of when escalation is necessary
Ability to work independently - self-starter with solid research skills.
Strong interpersonal and project management skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks and multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidate must be able to assimilate a large amount of information and know-how to prioritize and act accordingly.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven influencing and relationship management skills
