What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing\xe2\x80\xa6
Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
Promote our premium brand and product features to transport fleet operators.
Develop and nurture new business leads.
Identify customer needs and work with colleagues to provide tailored solutions.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of technical and premium brand product sales.
Engage with contacts at all levels to discuss business needs and differentiate our products.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing approaches.
Achieve and exceed allocated sales targets using a consultative sales approach.
Maintain a high work rate, prioritise tasks effectively, and consistently achieve results.
Travelling is required for this position
To be successful in this role, you must have\xe2\x80\xa6
Hydraulic experience is a MUST
Fleet manufacturing experience
Proven experience in technical and premium brand product sales.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a professional approach.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from strategy planning to deal closure.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Flexible with working hours and travel requirements.
Familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus.
