Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Banking & Finance Lawyer to start a new challenge with a recognised law firm, known for rewarding it\'s staff.
This forward thinking, Legal 200 law firm in Southampton have a proven track record for success and are looking to grow their busy Banking & Finance team. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.
You will act for a variety of lenders and for borrowers including major corporates, governmental bodies, SME\'s and high net worth individuals. The firm is continuing to grow and expand.
Work will include:
- Debt finance
- Assisting the corporate finance team
- Acting for the banks and other lenders
- Growth and venture capital transactional work
- Corporate reorganisations/restructurings
- Debt advisory
Your role as a Banking & Finance Lawyer will involve:
- Handling your own caseload of complex matters, including several household brand names
- The opportunity to progress your career from the outset
- Be active in business development, in gaining new clients and growing your own caseload
