About The Role

On a day-day basis you\xe2\x80\x99ll maintain and repair all electricals in any portable accommodation units within our range. This will include testing and inspecting portable building and accommodation units and HVAC equipment. Electrical refurbishment on any cabins whether either depot based or carrying out site installations.

In the role of Electrician it\'s also really important that you communicate effectively, ensuring that your Line Manager and Customers are kept informed as required. Working alongside colleagues, you will be a great team player and take pride in your workplace and working environment, making sure that high standards are maintained whilst complying with company procedures and processes.

You\'ll work in our friendly Accommodation team who specialise in the rental of temporary building systems to suit diverse requirements \xe2\x80\x93 including anti-vandal \xe2\x80\x98green specification\xe2\x80\x99 accommodation, sleeper units, portable toilets, containers and everything else our customers need for construction sites and events.

About You

To succeed as an Electrician you will bring the following skill-set and behaviours:

• ECS Gold card
• Electrical testing and repairs
• PAT testing experience
• Able to work as part of a Team, supporting colleagues
• Flexible and self-motivated, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be keen to embrace new training opportunities, which may on occasion require staying away from home
• You will need an IEE wiring regulations 18th Edition qualification.
• Must hold a current UK driving licence
• Hold a CSCS card
• HVAC FGAS experience

What would be of further benefit for the role

• Prior experience with portable accommodation units
• Prior experience with generators
• Prior experience with ECO spec self-contained welfare units
