Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for people relations issues for the people and culture team to support improved quality, continuous improvement focus and team development Focus on conflict resolution utisliing trained internal mediators and other means available to ensure where relevant we aim to resolve issues informally. Ensure a key focus around risk mitigation in all people relations activities Conduct regular periodic reviews of all people relations cases utilising the people relations tracker, ensuring accuracy of data captured by the team, escalating concerns to responsible Business Partner and the Head of People and Culture with a focus on solutions. Ensure own and others appropriate documentation completion and capture for all people relations cases and ensure due process compliance and resolution in accordance with People & Culture templates, DHU procedures, best practice and legal requirements. Partner with People & Culture leadership and legal counsel as needed on complex people relations issues.
Measure and analyse procedure adherence with a view to driving required improvements where the need arises.
