Oasis Academy Sholing is a rapidly improving, forward-thinking Academy that maintains high expectations of staff and students. What you will be responsible for:

The successful candidate will join our highly effective and experienced support team. You will establish and maintain a professional, prompt and reliable HR service to all staff across Oasis Academy Sholing.


A full job description is attached but in summary this role offers the opportunity to develop your experience and knowledge of HR activities including but not limited to:


Recruitment, from inception through to onboarding and payroll administration Absence and performance management Employee relations and data returns Issuing contracts and ensuring all vetting checks are completed

What you will bring:

A friendly, articulate and customer focused approach to work Experience of supporting the delivery of effective HR systems in an education or public sector setting Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills Strong administrative and organisational skills A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

You will be fully supported by our People Manager and a National team of dedicated HR professionals.

Hours:

37 hours. 8-4pm Monday to Friday Term time + 15 days. Flexible working along with minimal homeworking will be considered.
