JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or Multi Property Director of Human Resources at a property. As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, he/she directs and works with Human Resources associates to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including responsibility of recruitment, total compensation, payroll, reward & recognition, benefits, and training & development. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of associates and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations and Marriott International operating procedures.
This role is offered on a full time fixed term basis of 10 months covering maternity with potential to extend if required. Potential month of starting - Dec 2023/Jan 2024
