Our client, a successful premium restaurant operator are looking for a highly experienced Human Resources Manager to work closely with the companyxe2x80x99s HR Director looking after all aspects of HR, talent management, training and recruitment.Requirements:xc2xb7 We are looking for a true HR Generalist from a hospitality or leisure background xe2x80x93 restaurants, bars, leisure, hotels, entertainment venuesxc2xb7 Strong background in HR processes & ER support xe2x80x93 passionate about creating a culture in which people can thrive.xc2xb7 Previous experience of working in a multi-site business - must be happy to occasionally travel to sites.xc2xb7 Recruitment experience within a hospitality environment - coordinating recruitment, conducting pre-screening interviews, keeping all JDs up to date etc.xc2xb7 Some experience of training xe2x80x93 creating programmes, sourcing and delivering training.xc2xb7 The ability to work closely with senior managers, developing strong relationships and able to provide support and influence.xc2xb7 Ability to work in a small team as a HR generalist covering all aspects of HR.xc2xb7 Strong working knowledge of employment law issues.xc2xb7 Excellent communication & attention to detail.xc2xb7 Strong planning skills and the ability to work to deadlines, reacting and adapting to changing conditions.xc2xb7 The successful candidate will have experience doing a similar role within the hospitality industry xe2x80x93 restaurant, bar, hotel or leisure etc. We will also consider a Senior HR Executive ready for a step up in a HR Manager role.xc2xb7 Experience of working with systems such as Fourth, Harri and Flow would be advantageous.Salary Package:The salary package for this great role is up to xc2xa345,000 per annum.Four days office based, with one day work from home.There are also a range of exciting benefits and discounts with the chance to work for a forward-thinking employer who really looks after their people.
