We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong supervisory skills, capable of managing HR functions effectively while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will play a key role in enhancing the workplace culture and supporting the organisation's goals through effective people management.
Duties
Supervise and lead the HR team, providing guidance and support in all HR-related matters.
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and onboarding procedures.
Utilise HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft and Workday for data management and reporting.
Conduct data analysis to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes.
Present HR policies and initiatives to management and employees, ensuring clear communication throughout the organisation.
Develop training programmes aimed at employee development and engagement.
Handle employee relations issues, providing support in conflict resolution and performance management.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within human resources is essential.
Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft and Workday is highly desirable.
Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
