Drive is a charity that supports adults with learning and physical disabilities within their own home and to access the local community in order for them to lead full and valued lives. We were established in 1981 and have an established staff team, providing excellent training to our operations team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our HR Team, and we warmly invite applications for the role of Human Resources Manager at Drive.
As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Human Resources Team, overseeing all aspects of a dynamic and fast-paced HR function. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a positive employee experience, ensuring that every team member thrives throughout their career with Drive.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
A minimum of
two years' experience
leading and managing an operational HR team.A proven track record of delivering
excellence in service provision
.A
CIPD and management qualification at Level 5 or above
(preferred but not essential, provided you are an experienced HR professional confident and experienced in managing a busy department).If you're passionate about shaping workplace culture, driving HR excellence, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
This is a driver essential position and you should be willing to obtain business cover on your car insurance.

Pay: 46,105.00 per year
