Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a HR Manager based in Crayford for an Immediate.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract to provide maternity cover. Ideally you will have at least 5 years of solid HR generalist & management experience, at the minimum of HR Generalist level, preferably from a manufacturing background.
Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned to the overall business strategy.
Support & coach the senior team and managers through all areas of people management, to include:
Recruitment & Selection
Onboarding & Induction
Attendance & Absenteeism
Grievance & Disciplinary
Developing and Rolling out HR Policy & Procedures \xe2\x96\xaa Assist managers with Appraisals and 1-2-1 Reviews
Spearhead Employee Relations & Engagement
Learning & Development
Develop and create training programmes.
Manage and collate data for company payroll and pension monthly
Management of Employee Benefits (i.e., Cycle-2-Work) & Healthcare schemes
Management of HRIS (PeopleHR)
Management of Employee Lifecycle processes (i.e., onboarding, contract changes)
Implement and promote the benefits of Health & Wellbeing/Mental Health Awareness
Develop and implement Employee Training & Development Programmes
Manage all aspects of employee relations, communications and engagement whilst seeking advice from a third party as and when required.
Ensure thorough & accurate records are kept.
Ensure administrative requirements of the department are kept up to date.
Ensure department meets GDPR Regulations
Spearhead Engagement and oversee company events.
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and maintenance of human resources
Facilitate 2nd Investors in People Assessment
Relaunch the company hand book
Ensure the values are communicated through the business (handbook, appraisal process, interview process, bonus awards etc)
Employ HR Administrator
Develop and implement HR metrics and reporting
Review/update Company Handbook policies with new legislation
Continue to build and update the suite of HR procedures and template letters (as required) and complete annual review of all documentation.
Support business with mid-year and end of year appraisals (new process launched in Jan 23)
Candidate Requirements:
Ideally you will have at least 5 years\' solid HR Manager & generalist experience, or the minimum of HR Generalist level, preferably from a manufacturing background.
CIPD Level 7 qualified.
Adept at building good relationships at all levels Ability to work autonomously.
Knowledge of PeopleHR or another HRIS would be advantageous. Able to use Microsoft Excel
