The RoleWorking within the Asset Solutions business to provide HR support:xc2xa7 Assist in employeexe2x80x99s life cycle, i.e. onboarding to offboarding formalities.xc2xa7 Coordinate with shared services team for all data management issues.xc2xa7 Follow up with grievances and absence cases and ensure all documentations are in uploaded to the HR Oracle Cloud.xc2xa7 Assist in various HR projects such as Talent, Performance, Reward, HR Cloud improvements, etc.xc2xa7 Help prepare presentations to senior management on any HR related projects.xc2xa7 Supporting the D&I strategy and providing Diversity and Inclusion advice to a range of stakeholders.xc2xa7 Assist on key dashboard data ensuring accuracy and correct reporting of information.xc2xa7 Communicate with employees and managers in relation to HR queries, providing advice and guidance in line with employment legislation and best practice.xc2xa7 Build strong working relationships, through regular communications, with managers to understand and assist in meeting ongoing business requirements.xc2xa7 Communicate with employees absent from work due to sickness, monitor absence and assist with management of return to work.xc2xa7 Review and creation of HR policies ensuring compliance with existing legislation.Qualification RequirementsBachelorxe2x80x99s degree or Masterxe2x80x99s degree.Essentialsxc2xa7 Relevant experience working in an HR environment.xc2xa7 Ability to work on own initiative to generate ideas.xc2xa7 Ability to communicate and build relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels.xc2xa7 Effective at using Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook to analyse, communicate and present key information from several sources.xc2xa7 Highly proactive and engage fully in the work.xc2xa7 Ability to prioritise workloads.xc2xa7 Can work to deadlines.xc2xa7 Have excellent communication and attention to detail skills.Desirablesxc2xa7 Understanding and awareness of the Oil and Gas business.xc2xa7 Previous placement or work experience within the Oil and Gas Industry.Equal opportunitiesWe recruit, reward and develop our people based on merit regardless of race, nationality, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, marital status or disability.
