Human Resources Business Partner

The HR Business Partner will be a hands-on partner to the Chief People Officer and the rest of our small People Ops team. This role will help drive HRIS (ADP WFN), performance management, compliance, onboarding/offboarding as well as recruiting support and other ad hoc projects/initiatives. This position will have the additional opportunity to grow into supporting specific department client groups in a business partner capacity.
What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives
Objective 1: Within your first 30 days, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for:

• Collaborating with the Chief People Officer and team on assessing our ADP WorkforceNow instance while also making key improvements/recommendations to increasing efficiency and reporting.

Objective 2: Within your first 3 months, you will:

• Establish yourself as a valued partner to employees, managers, and executives in the area of compliance; specifically, around European employment compliance, company-wide policies.
• Assist in the coordination of talent acquisition efforts from our US based TA Partner, scheduling, assisting with background checks, offer letters, etc.

Objective 3: Over the next 12 months, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be\xe2\x80\xa6.

• An instrumental key of our small People Ops team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be the go-to resource for our employees who reside in the UK and in parts of Europe.
