The role is based at London Clapham, with an expectation to attend all the relevant sites Feltham, Woking, Guildford, Waterloo and Wimbledon when needed.As a generalist you would be expected to provide pro-active, value add HR support which will consist of administrative tasks, analytical work and ensuring line managers are equipped to carry out people management processes effectively.You'll be required to demonstrate you are customer focused, confident to challenge, have ER knowledge and competent with the use of excel. The opportunity would be suited to a current HR Administrator who is looking for a new challenge.We are able to offer hybrid working, with the expectation that you are office/site based 2/3 days per week.About the role (External)Key Accountabilities:xc2xb7 Provide proactive, professional HR Support to the HR Business Partner team/s and the business to facilitate the delivery of value add HR and the delivery of the people/HR plans.xc2xb7 Support HR Business Partner teams in Talent Management, Workforce and Succession Planning and performance planning, maintaining appropriate data within the associated process.xc2xb7 Provide support for Organisation Change programmes, through the full development and implementation phases.xc2xb7 Provide project management support to the HR Business Partner team, tracking, measuring and communicating through the project timeline.xc2xb7 Support the associated HR Business Partner team/s with research, reporting requirements, analysis and production of reports to support the implementation of HR initiatives.xc2xb7 Seeks, identifies and develops solutions to continuously improve the HR support to the business.xc2xb7 Maintains up to date professional HR knowledge to input into the development of both operational and value add HR initiatives.xc2xb7 Takes ownership for delivery of assigned work within HR programmes/initiatives.xc2xb7 Support the associated HR Business Partner team/s with ad hoc administrative and operational HR activity.Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications:Essentialxc2xb7 Demonstrates strong customer service skills.xc2xb7 Experience of working within a large, complex and fast moving organisation.xc2xb7 High level of accuracy and attention to detail.xc2xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills.xc2xb7 Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.xc2xb7 Resilient, Adaptable and Flexible.xc2xb7 IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge.xc2xb7 Experience of event coordination and facilitation.xc2xb7 Research and analytical skills.xc2xb7 Strong relationship building skills.xc2xb7 Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.Desirablexc2xb7 CIPD Qualified or relevant HR Support experience.xc2xb7 Graduate calibreHow to apply (External)Salary: circa xc2xa329,000- xc2xa333,500 plus a Location Allowance of xc2xa33,270.Closing date: 13 April 2025. - Late applications will not be accepted.Please note: This is a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity with a potential of being extended or made permanent.Please note this role is being readvertised.Click apply now to apply.Remote working opportunity! this role requires working in the office 2/3 days a weekDrugs and Alcohol Standard:Our Drugs and Alcohol Standard has changed.
