As an integrated business partner, you are a consultant and coach to the business and its leaders. You will lead the implementation of HR programs and initiatives for Trench Canada.
How You\'ll Make an Impact
Participate in the development of the Corporate HR strategy to support business objectives and cultivate a positive employee experience.
Identify current and future HR/business trends and makes recommendations to foster a future-ready approach that will fully support Trench Limited\'s business model.
Lead discussions related to workforce planning and talent pools and provide recommendations to facilitate the development of a diverse robust talent pipeline.
Use HR analytics to provide insights and guide decision-making, related to employee engagement, employee retention, and performance etc.
Partner with leaders to understand our unique business needs and develop HR solutions to drive performance and growth.
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify organizational needs, drive change management initiatives, and promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
What You Bring
Bachelor\'s degree or diploma in Human Resources, or related field is required.
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Leader (CHRL) is an asset.
5+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to both multinational corporations and smaller organizations. Unionized experience is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop positive working relationships across all levels of the organization and with union leaders.
Effective leadership skills with the capability to implement strategic HR initiatives throughout the organization.
About the Team
Trench Canada is part of a carve-out of the Siemens Energy Organization and looking for 2 HR Business Partners who will work hand in hand with the local Head of HR to establish a new HR Team as well as a new HR-processes on a local basis. This creates a unique opportunity for adapting HR processes and procedures to the new organization, support business strategies with adequate HR support, and provide an attractive and engaging environment for our people.
HR Partners will report to HR Director of Trench Canada.
