To actively support the operation of the business by providing a comprehensive, effective and professional HR service to all employees through best practice and ensuring compliance with all company processes and policies and employment legislation.


  • As an experienced HR Business Partner, you will be the contact person for our managers and employees in all HR-related and labour law issues, both operationally and strategically, with a focus on the development area.
  • Provide appropriate HR advice on key issues such as Disciplinaries, Grievances and Employee health issues whilst ensuring legislation, policy and best practice are followed
  • Partner with the business on organisation design and re-design activity to improve business performance and execute all subsequent actions
  • Implementation of HR-relevant processes and support the important HR focus topic of diversity.
  • Review and analyse data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement, presenting patterns and insight to business stakeholders on a weekly basis, along with proposed solutions and action where required
  • Broad experience in all aspects of an HR Business Partnering including reward, employee relations, talent, succession planning, restructuring and leadership
Qualifications
  • Strong UK employment law knowledge, CIPD qualified
  • Proven experience at Senior HR BP level
  • Credible and personable in approach
  • Proven track record designing and developing divisional people plans, including talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, retention and engagement etc.
  • Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • High level influencing and communication skills.
