Summary

We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team at For Under Fives Ltd. This role is crucial in supporting our HR functions and ensuring a positive work environment for our staff.

Located in Grimsby, this position is for someone who is looking for a few hours a week as and when required. There is no contract for this position as the successful candidate will be used on an as and when basis. We would like to take on someone who is able to undertake the issuing of contracts, supporting the Director with HR issues as and when they arise. The position is for a few hours a week and can be undertaken remotely with a visit to our head office or any of our nurseries as and when needed.

Responsibilities

:

Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy. Support onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Assist in managing employee contracts and the issuing of Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures. supporting the Director in nursery issues such as investigations, whistleblowing on an as and when needed. to work alongside our existing Human resources contractor

Requirements

Proven experience in human resources or administrative roles is preferred. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations is an advantage. Managing people essential. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivilant of preferred but not essential.

Pay: 15.00-25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
