About our HR Apprenticeship: Our HR Apprenticeship will help you gain the experiences, skills, training, and recognized qualifications to kick-start your career in a business role. Throughout this programme you will have a unique opportunity to get to know what each HR function is about, and take on some real HR responsibilities from day one:

• You will be working alongside our colleagues in Talent Team who specialize in attracting and recruiting as well as designing unique talent solutions aimed at developing our employees and our leaders.
• You will deep-dive into the world of Compensation, Benefits & Reward to understand how we determine employees\xe2\x80\x99 salaries, how we research new benefits providers and make recommendations on these, and much more!
• You will step into the shoes of a HR Business Partner to experience first-hand questions employees ask, the challenges our leaders face and how our HRBPs support them.

Qualifications
Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:

• Someone who is curious and asks lots of questions, wants to learn and grow
• Excellent communications and presentation skills
• Highly energized, can work independently while also collaborate with others with good interpersonal skills
• Willing to challenge self and others to strive for excellence
• A minimum of 2 GCSE\xe2\x80\x99s Grade A* - C or Grade 4 and above including Maths and English Language (or equivalent)
• Plus 2 A-Levels in any subject at grade A* - D (or equivalent)
• You must be 18 years of age
