THE ROLE
As the HR Advisor responsible for Talent & Culture, you will partner with the business to develop and implement communication and reward strategies that will attract, engage and develop employees building on a high performance culture.
Key things you will be responsible for:
Providing direction to promote a positive work environment based on Clan Cameron & Davidson Core Values
Ownership of the Clan Voice mechanisms - clan \'voices in action\'; Clan Newsletter; HR Representative on the SCC
Ensuring the SCC are upskilled and effective in role
Working with the Hotel HOD Team to ensure they are creating an environment that attracts new employees and helps ensure that they want to come to work each day
Embedding and evolving the company vision and values and bringing them to life in an engaging and meaningful way for all employees
Overseeing the delivery of regular employee engagement events & experiences that deliver against business priorities, drive leadership visibility and bring our values to life
Design employee recognition programmes and create support initiatives in priority areas such as employee wellbeing and mental health
Leading on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda to create make Cameron House an inclusive workplace
Collaborating with the internal communications and marketing team where relevant
Ownership of internal audits of employee welfare facilities
Providing ongoing coaching and feedback to HOD\'s and work with the wider HR team in actively addressing identified training gaps in people policies
Support with Clan Welcome company induction and delivery of the HR section in the absence of the Director of Human Resources
Working with the HR Advisor - Employee Relations to create a culture which mitigates workplace conflict by ongoing review of our listening mechanisms and common employee frustrations
