Role: Human Resources Advisor
Contract Length: Up to 6 months
Location: Hybrid/London (Hybrid working available after period of time in office)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate to Intermediary: \xc2\xa319.12 per hour
Spinwell is recruiting for a Human Resources Advisor for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR
To provide managers and staff with professional, comprehensive, and timely Human Resources advice and support, ensuring that the service provided is consistent with defined quality standards.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR
- Degree or equivalent level of knowledge
- Associate member of the CIPD
- Knowledge of HR Procedures
- Experience of working in a front line customer service role
