A&P Falmouth are currently recruiting for a permanent / full time HR Advisor, to support the Group HR Manager in all aspects of HR. The ideal candidate must have previous experience of working in a HR role, preferably in an engineering/industrial environment, and hold a CIPD Level 3 min. qualification (or working towards it). This role will be an integral part of an established HR function, yet providing an exciting challenge. It is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within HR. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• recruitment \xe2\x80\x93 including shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• employee welfare \xe2\x80\x93 including, absence management, occupational health referrals
• industrial/employee relations \xe2\x80\x93 dealing with grievances and facilitating disciplinary hearings
• offering guidance and advice to line managers on HR / Employee Relations matters
• administration of the HR database and personnel records,
• maintain HR policies/procedures/forms within the company Quality Management System.
• general clerical and admin duties

Essential Attributes:

• Suitable candidates must be trustworthy and reliable
• Maintain strict confidentiality
• Good I.T. Skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xc2\xa328,000.00-\xc2\xa330,000.00 per year Benefits:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
