• With the role, you will be part of everything HR related, from driving recruitment activity, screening candidates and delivering on boarding for new team members
• Build relationships with associates and managers within the team and support as necessary
• Deliver training events
• Promote well being and organise events within the hotel
• Ensure associate files are kept up to date and all documents are correct and accurate
• Positively promote careers within Hospitality through partnerships with local college's, universities, job centres and other organisations
• Maintain confidentiality of information, protecting the privacy and security of co-workers

• Great conversational and relationship building skills
• A gift for paying attention to the smallest details
• Previous relevant work experience in a Human Resources role would be an advantage

With this role you will be working 20 hours per week over 4 days, predominately Monday - Friday.
