We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator who will be a vital part of the small team providing managers and staff with an efficient and comprehensive HR service. The role includes maintaining employee records, capturing and analysing employee data, assisting with recruitment and the administration of training, and giving staff information about our processes and procedures.
You\'ll have had plenty of administrative experience - not necessarily in HR - and will be a confident IT user (including Excel). You\'ll be able to organise your work effectively, work to an exceptional level of accuracy and gather information to produce reports, and you\'ll also communicate effectively and develop good working relationships with staff across the Horniman.

Interviews will be held on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 September 2023.
